ONLY 3 SPOTS REMAINING FOR THIS INTIMATE EXPERIENCE

My soul needs this...I'm in!

“In one word - TRANSFORMATIONAL. It would be difficult for me to attend another retreat now because of how great this experience was.” ~ Margaret

Daybreak Farm is a newly built luxury property combining rustic charm with modern amenities.

A soulful autumn retreat with movement, nature, and meaningful connection.

From intimate group circles and immersive workshops, to hiking Old Baldy, and dining in a private wine cellar - this autumn retreat is your sacred pause. A weekend to let go, unhook from urgency, and return to your deeper rhythm so you can choose what’s next with intention.

Release what is no longer serving you at the summit of Old Baldy

“I felt supported and free to be my true-self. The retreat helped me to bring more clarity and understanding of myself, listening to other women truly inspired me! The energy of space was very supportive and playful.” ~ Katia

Celebrate together with dinner in the private wine cellar of Heart’s Tavern.

Your Autumn Reset

This retreat is your invitation to slow down, breathe deep, and honour the turning of the season - clear, connected, and grounded from within.

Fall invites a gentler rhythm, a time to gather yourself after the fullness of summer and prepare for the months ahead with intention.

Let us guide you into this new season with ease and clarity, so you return home nourished, inspired, and rooted in what matters most.

You’ll release what no longer serves (in many simple, yet profound layers), creating space for what you truly want to feel, do, and embody this season. Whether you’re calling in more rest, courage, creativity, or joy - this weekend is about aligning with your inner rhythm and choosing what’s next with care.

It’s not just a weekend away. It’s a turning point. 🍂

Daybreak Farm’s 50 private acres are a countryside haven - rolling hills, sweeping Beaver Valley views, and endless sky. IGNITE: A Silent Headset Experience

Slip on your headset and step into an immersive journey led by Michelle. Guided breath, intentional movement, and soul-stirring music weave together to spark something deep within. It’s part meditation, part liberation—an experience you won’t forget. Michelle is also the co-creator and facilitator of the sold-out JOYRIDE events in Toronto—perhaps you’ve heard whispers of these transformative nights—where bodies and spirits rise together in a wave of music and movement.

Hike Old Baldy

A part of the Niagara Escarpment, ‘Old Baldy’ rises 152 metres above the Beaver Valley. Its name comes from the “bald” part of the bluffs standing out against the otherwise lush vegetation. The trail is rugged with a steeper ascent closer to the cliffs - we will be going slow and steady! This hike is appropriate for beginner to intermediate hikers. Once we reach the summit, we will have a snack & journal reflection time, while soaking in view of the incredible Beaver Valley!

Private Wine Cellar: Closing Dinner at Heart’s Tavern

One of the retreat highlights: A special dinner in the private wine cellar at Heart’s Tavern, and conveniently, just a short walk from our retreat home. Heart’s serves classic European fare in a relaxed, yet elevated, setting. Once a run-down tavern, it was recently restored by one of the owners of Cote-de-Boeuf and Union in Toronto, & has been a bustling success ever since.

With a thoughtfully curated meal (included in your retreat fee), this cozy, intimate space is perfect for our closing celebration. Expect delicious, locally-inspired food, warm conversation, and a table full of memories to close-out our 3-night retreat extravaganza!

“Co-hosting our first retreat together in June was pure alignment; seamless collaboration, shared vision, and so much love and respect for one another’s gifts. It was clear we had to offer another. This fall, we can’t wait to welcome you into that same spirit of connection, care, and joy at our Fall Retreat.”
