About me

"I have been working with my own therapist for over 15 years. It is one glorious hour where I can focus completely on myself. I get to fill my own cup, so that I can be my best self in both my personal and professional life. " - Allison

my Twenties

As a professional in the performing arts, my life was a mélange of excitement and opportunity, blended with the reality of hurdles and rejection.

discovering self-care

With the challenges of life as an artist, I found strength in understanding my inner world with the guidance of a therapist. This was the beginning of my commitment to self-care, a consistent practice that eventually led to pursuing a formal education in psychotherapy.

Thriving Thirties

While completing my training as a psychotherapist, I was also finding my flow as a mother. Just when I thought I had it all figured out, I became a parent. The true adventure of my life!

Perspective

Having sat in both seats; as a therapist AND as a client, I can truly empathize with the process, while providing a safe container for my own clients. No matter where you sit, the experience is guaranteed to be messy, humbling, and rewarding.

My wish is that therapy will give you the healing and growth that helps you to be your best self.
